Hands up! Who is a feeling a little stressed right now?
There’s no denying that we are living in unprecedented times. Whether you are an employee, volunteer, manager, CEO, mother, father, student, retiree or world traveler, we all feel stress and react to it. Recognizing and handling stress in a productive and positive way is a critical life skill.
This workshop will focus on understanding how the brain and body react to stress and how a few effective activities can dial down those feelings of anxiety, tension and exasperation.
Having strategies can help in any situation and practicing them regularly can help make the workplace and home easier to navigate on a daily basis.
