Following the path of the Spiral of Life, working with the four directions, the eight chakras, and the five elements, we discover the power of aligning our souls with the universe.
Ecstatic dance doesn’t mean you have to feel ecstatic to show up… but you’ll likely leave that way.
Following our grounding and arising — our shedding and reclaiming through cathartic movement — you will be immersed in Sound Healing with 8 chakra crystal bowls (432 tuning), ocean drum, medicine drum, shakers, rainmakers, and a Flower of Life gong… with Yahserah offering channeled Goddess toning, mixed with prayers for humanity.
Ecstatic dance is a barefoot, no alcohol event.
Nobody’s watching you — whether you dance, sway, sit, or lie down… it is your dance, your journey, your body, your flow.
