This Sound Circle is a guided, intention-led experience designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and gentle connection during the heart of winter.
Unlike a sound bath where you lie down and listen passively, this gathering will be held as a cozy, seated circle. Chairs and couches will be arranged to create a warm, welcoming space where we can settle in together, grounded and supported.
At the beginning of the evening, there will be an optional invitation for participants to share a word or intention for why they are there. Sharing is always a choice. Listening is participation too. The intentions present in the circle help guide the sounds and frequencies used that evening.
Sound will be offered intuitively and may include crystal singing bowls, gentle vocal tones, chanting, or other supportive elements. Some circles may also include simple, optional movement if it feels appropriate for the group. There is nothing you need to know how to do and no expectation to participate in any particular way.
The space we gather in is simple and functional, not a curated studio. What makes this experience meaningful is not the setting, but how the evening is held. The intention is to create enough ease and safety that your body can soften, your heart can rest, and your nervous system can settle, even in an ordinary room on a winter night.
After the circle, tea and coffee will be available for anyone who wishes to stay and connect. You are equally welcome to head out if that feels right for you.
No experience with sound work, meditation, or group spaces is needed. You are welcome to come exactly as you are.
