North Mountain Hike
Saturday June 20, 2026  1pm - 4pm (3 Hours)

Join Jeff Newbery from the Blomidon Naturalists for a fun hike exploring the Nature Trust Lands around Centreville. This is an approximately 3 hr. hike following the old Nollett Beckwith Road and an old woods road through land owned by the NS Nature Trust to the remains of an abandoned farm (foundation remains, old apple orchard). We’ll have a break at the farm before returning on the same route. There is little elevation change but the old road into the farm is rutted and uneven. Prepare for ticks and possibly water and mud. It is also hunting season so wear something with high visibility.

Date: Saturday, June 20

Time: 1 pm to 4 pm

Location: 1205 Brow Mountain Rd, Burlington
