Gaspereau Press Annual Wayzgoose Open House:
Gaspereau Press Printers and Publishers in Kentville, Nova Scotia will open its doors to booklovers of all ages for its twelfth annual Wayzgoose. This year’s featured guest is wood engraver George Walker along with noted authors Norman Ravvin and Sean Howard. The day will begin with morning workshops in printmaking and bookbinding, an Author’s Salon at Wickwire House Bed & Breakfast and the Gaspereau Print Shop offcut paper sale. The afternoon Open House will showcase modern and Antique printing methods, a chance to meet with artists, authors and presenters and purchase books. Special guest George Walker will be on hand to discuss his work. The festivities continue into the evening with author readings and an illustrated talk followed by the fantastic musical talent, Heather Kelday.
