Learn all about the amazing TIDES of the Bay of Fundy - a presentation by Dr. Roy Bishop.
What causes the tides? Why there are two tidal bulges on Earth? Why Fundy tides are so large, and why some Fundy tides are especially large? Dr Bishop will show high-and-low photos of the tides in Minas Basin, photos of the shorebirds whose lives are dependent upon the tides of Fundy, and photos of tides that occur beyond Earth, including on a moon of Jupiter and in distant galaxies.
