Celebrate Life 2012 :: A Time To Dance is exactly what it says. In Ecclesiastes 3.4, God's Word says that there is a time to mourn and a time to dance. There is much mourning in our world, and we do want to weep with those who weep. But while some mourn their life's circumstances, Jesus Christ says that He has a plan for everything we face, and as we turn in full surrender to Him as our Creator, Saviour and Lord, He turns our mourning into dancing - and this is a time to DANCE! Parking at Acadia is free on Sundays.
Our goals in hosting this dance are:
1. To uphold the sanctity of human life as created in the image of God.
2. To raise awareness in our Valley of the support available for those facing unplanned pregnancy - especially those who feel pressured by people or circumstances to end the life of their child against their will. Studies show that many women who had an abortion felt coerced. We want everyone to know there is abundant, loving support available for them through the Valley Care Pregnancy Centre.
