Mark Saturday, August 11th on your calendar and take a trip to Paradise (Annapolis Valley) to hear the Annapolis Big Band perform the great tunes of the 30’s and 40’s under the stars. Donna Holmes is the featured vocalist.
Dance or listen to music of the Big Band Era from 7:30pm until 11pm on the grounds at Ellenhurst. Bring lawn chairs and perhaps a picnic and enjoy fabulous music played during the time of such favourites as Count Basie, Duke Ellington Tommy & Jimmy Dorsey, Glenn Miller and others.
A donation in support of the Paradise Community Hall will be appreciated.
Rain date is August 12th. Free parking is available on the grounds and on-site transportation from parking lot to performance area is provided for people needing assistance. No pets or barbecues, please.
