Join Parks Canada for a Kejimkujik Storytelling Festival at Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site this Parks Day, Saturday, July 21st. Between 10am and 4pm, participate in numerous workshops and demonstrations by local artisans, and partake in traditional storytelling, musical performances, food sampling, children’s activities, a free BBQ lunch, and many other activities celebrating Mi’kmaw culture and the spirit of the turtle. Return in the evening from 8pm until 10:30pm for an open mic event and a campfire drum circle.
