Windsor Communities in Bloom and Irving Energy are excited to announce that the historic waterfront of Lake Pesaquid in downtown Windsor is Nova Scotia’s winner in the Irving Energy Clean Team Contest.
On Tuesday, July 24, between 10 am and 1 pm, 25 Irving employees will be along the waterfront picking up trash, raking the gravel path, weeding and pruning rose hedges and providing a fresh coat of paint to some of our picnic tables. Community members and groups are encouraged to sign up to help.
Lunch will be provided to all volunteers and participants will have a chance to win one of several $100 Irving gas cards to be raffled!
