Touch the Sky!

The Māori of New Zealand saw kites as connectors between the heavens and earth, a way to touch the sky!

Henry Lickers is an Elder of Seneca Nation, Turtle Clan. Henry and Bev journey from Ontario to Nova Scotia each summer to camp and fly their many unique and beautiful kites at Blomidon Park. Morning or afternoon, whenever the air is “fresh” Henry will be flying so bring your kites and a picnic and get a few tips on flying tricks. You've never flown a kite 'till you've flown it from the top of Cape Blomidon! Meet at the Visitor Parking top of the Hill.
