Compete yourself or come and cheer on your favourite! Weigh-in is at 12 noon, competition begins at 1:30pm in the Dome Building!

If your at the Exhibition make sure you check out what is sure to be a crowd favourite!

The Nova Scotia Arm Wrestling Association will be holding an amateur competition at the Annapolis Valley Exhibition.

This competition is open to all Amateur arm wrestlers, men and women, left and right hand. Men’s Weight classes:

Men's right hand - under 154 lbs, 176 lbs, 198 lbs and over 198lbs.
Men's left hand - under 176 lbs and over 176 lbs.
A ladies' open class will also be offered.
There will also be a Junior competition for any girl or boy 18 and under.

Awards will be given out to the top three in every class.
Weigh-ins start at noon and the competition will start at 1:30.
