Talking though end of Life Planning
Thursday October 16, 2008
Lecture / Seminar

Conversations about end of life decisions can be difficult and even more so in times of crisis. In this talk we discuss various aspects of the end of life planning process, including advanced directives and discussions with family and health care providers. Some tools and suggestions for starting conversations will also be shared. All are invited to attend this free public presentation.
