Margot is Canada's three time Tea Cocktail Champion and has studied every aspect of the beverage, from where tea leaves are grown and the history of the drink, to the diverse practices of tea party etiquette in various cultures.
A special selection of sandwiches, scones and sweets will be prepared to accompany each of the teas as you sample your way around the world through this ever popular medium!
