The "Gallery for Seniors" was established in the year 2011 by a group of volunteers in rural Nova Scotia, in order to bring visual art to people who cannot typically participate in art shows or visit art galleries. The gallery showcases art from seniors around Nova Scotia with 25% of proceeds from art sales going to the host residence programming fund.
