Recipe for an early Spring at the Rosa M. Harvey Library includes a Town Crier, live bunnies, 2-week old lambs, tips on spring fashions and flower arrangement plus sampling of homemade ice cream. Spring formally comes a few hours early with a celebration of the new season and something special for all ages.
