For the last 30-plus years it has been a tradition for friends and families to participate in the fun and excitement of the Annapolis County Fun Run. The event always takes place on the Saturday morning of Natal Day weekend in Annapolis Royal.
The fun run usually draws between 100-200 participants. For this reason pre-registration is highly recommended as there is limited time to register on the day of the run - 8:30am to 9:15am. The fun run begins at 9:30am sharp! A ton of prizes are awarded each year.
The purpose of the Fun Run is to promote fitness through participation. This is a FUN Run; it is organized so that people of all ages can come out and walk, jog or run, but to most importantly have fun.
