This talk will draw stories from Manning’s voluminous archive—from a tumultuous conversion, to praying during kitchen-table surgeries, to the founding of Acadia University—to explore community life and religious culture in colonial Nova Scotia
The talk is co-sponsored by the Pereaux Baptist Church and the Fieldwood Heritage Society.
The talk is free and refreshments will follow.
