Workshop 2 of 3
Microsoft Excel II further explores many of the functions and tools the program has to offer. This course delves into intermediate and advanced Excel topics, such as functions, formulas, and lists. The hands-on exercises included in this course also teach students how to work with lists, multiple worksheets and workbooks. In addition, students who wish to use Excel in conjunction with other MS Office programs will learn how Excel worksheets can be used outside of the program.
Individuals enrolled in this course can expect to learn:
•How to enter and edit formulas
•About range names
•How to AutoCalculate
•How to create conditional formulas
•How to create, sort and filter a list
•About adding, finding and deleting records
•How to insert Excel worksheets and charts into Word documents
•How to insert a graphic into a worksheet
•How to link data within the same workbook
•How to link data between different workbooks
