Spring is here and it is time to get moving and be active!
By popular demand the Tir na nOg Irish Dance Acadmey has extended the Adult Ceilidh Workout to hold a SPRING SESSION.
The Adult Ceilidh Workout is the perfect opportunity to try something new or continue skills. Each participant works at their own pace. Come and learn simple foot movements to come together with new friends in a group dance.
Instructor Niamh Webster T.C.R.G., C.S.F.I., is a certified and registered Irish Dance Teacher and Fitness Instructor (Seniors). She brings over 20 years experience teaching all ages from 3 to adult. She says, "Teaching adults is a lot of fun because they are there not only for the workout, but to enjoy themselves!"
Exciting Celtic Music will keep you going and not wanting to stop.
