Each year, we invite talented high school students to join us for an action-packed day of interactive and engaging presentations. The Huggins High School Science Seminar connects passionate science students from across the Maritimes with today's innovative scientists.
In this year’s seminar, you’ll hear from scientists working across Nova Scotia and beyond in different fields. The Huggins seminar offers you a unique opportunity to learn from—and interact with—real scientists who work on interesting projects on an everyday basis.
Our 29th annual seminar will include four keynote presentations involving speakers from Acadia and beyond, a chemistry show, and a scholarly showdown in our Desert Island Debate.
