Coming from the German tradition, this event celebrates the the light that St. Martin brought into the world and will be celebrated through brass music; storytelling; sharing hot chocolate and specially produced, bishop shaped bread from Saraj Bakery in New Minas.
Bring a lantern to light the way as we walk around the reservoir in the dark and then gather at the end of to sing more and eat together. Lanterns are easy to make at home from a mason jar, tea light and wire.
Meet at the Pleasant Street parking area.
