Nick is a young man who fights against so many things every day and, like all of us, just wants to enjoy his life and spend time with his family and friends doing things that make him happy. Nick means so much to countless people and those of us who have the privilege of calling him a friend, love to see him smile. But, Nick needs our help. Since the age of four he has lived with Muscular Dystrophy and, despite the immense daily struggles that come with this disease, it never holds him back. He is the most positive person I know, which makes us all take a step back and realize how important a positive attitude can be.
In recent weeks, Nick has been in the hospital dealing with horrible breathing issues and medical complications. Basically, he needs a venting machine to help him breathe and will be unable to leave the hospital without it. But here's the catch: it costs $30,000. This is why he needs our help. He needs to get home as quickly as possible so he can sleep in his own bed, spend time with his furry companion Autumn, and Joy and Rodney; the most dedicated and hard-working parents you will ever meet.
Please help us help Nick. Let's raise the funds for this breathing machine, and whatever amount above and beyond this for other necessities that will be coming up over the next few months!
We want to thank you in advance for giving whatever you are able to for our boy Nick. 'Cause that's what he is, our boy.
if you can or cant make it still feel free to donate on his website - http://www.gofundme.com/bringnickhome
