Picture a bagel. Now picture, a tiny poppy on that bagel. That ladies, is the size of a fetus’ heart at 6 weeks of age. The heart is with us first, and last. And that is why it is important we honour it day in, day out (February is Heart Health month too!). Perhaps your heart can be happier, lighter, more forgiving. How about a boost of joie de vivre? That’s where we come in!
Talk Life Community is pleased to present, Love Thyself…into Wellness with Spiritual Psychotherapist and author, Connie Robichaud.
Connie will be focusing on matters of the heart - and how the combination of emotional and physical wellness of the heart is crucial for our overall wellbeing. Connie’s approach to healing is to look at how the body, mind and spirit can work together for a more peaceful, content, and healthier, you.
Connie has over 20 years’ of personal and professional experience in various health-related fields such as hospitals, home care, nursing homes and extensive experience in dealing with mentally and physically disabled persons. She is a graduate of the Spiritual Psychotherapy, Spiritual Director/Mentor and Discovering the Total Self programs. She has also written the book, Keep it Simple, Spirit. She is dedicated to helping others achieve holistic well being and is always pleased to see that “aha” moment comes over a client.
Connie has a private practice in Kentville, Nova Scotia, Canada. She is a member of the Canadian Examining Board of Health . Practitioners Inc, Toronto, Canada. www.therapy3.org
Talk Life Community (TLC) was created by three friends who realized how many accomplished women they knew, all with important stories and life lessons to share. The group consists of Lia Glover, Port Williams, and Vanessa Gennette and Laura Churchill Duke, Kentville.
Talk Life Community is a roaming cafe for women. It focuses on the joys and challenges of women of all ages and experiences. Our goal is to share stories from those who have been there, done that. With so many creative, courageous, intelligent and accomplished women in the Valley to tell their stories, we believe you will leave a Talk Life Community event, better than you arrived.
