The Annapolis County Branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association facilitates a weekly Mental Health/Depression Support Group in Bridgetown. We advocate for people living with mental health challenges and we strive to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness. We also offer the Annapolis Valley District Clubhouse Social/Recreational programming to promote mental health through music, singing , exercise and socializing.
