Healthy Aging Clinics offer information on medications, bone health, staying active, mobility, home adaptations and other topics related to healthy aging. Professionals available at the clinics to provide one-on-one advice include physiotherapist, occupational therapist, pharmacist, dietitian, registered nurse and social worker.
