In this experiential workshop, we will explore the underlying movement patterns we see in early childhood development, and that are also a foundation for adult patterns of relating to the world in everyday life. Participants will be guided through the key foundational patterns of yield, push, reach and pull.
A variety of guided explorations in stillness and in movement will provide the framework for self-reflection and conversation about how early movement experiences inform current sensory preferences.
With more clarity and choices, life becomes easier, more joyful, and more fulfilling for all of us.
