The best way to get a real sense of CrossFit is to stop by and take one of our free intro classes. Each intro class includes some careful instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of how we think about fitness and the world. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of what CrossFit is, so you can see why so many people are hooked.
We highly recommend that you sign up online, by contacting the office at 902.691.3854 or e-mail [email protected], but walk-ins are always welcome, just try to come 10 minutes early to fill out the paper work.
Free intro classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve built our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background and experience.
