What is more fun than a stiff upper lip, Better tasting than Bangers and Mash, And a wilder time than the Antiques Road Show? It’s the CentreStage Theatre/Glooscap Curling Club’s Fourth Annual Dinner & Theatre event, "A Little Taste of Britain"
Come join us on September 11th or 12th to enjoy a delicious pork roastdDinner and enjoy the hilarious play No Sex Please, We’re British by Alistair Foot and Anthony Marriott. You've got love, money, bankers, wannabe bankers, a mother in-law, prostitutes, a police officer and more slamming doors than you can count.
As well, here’s your chance to get some amazing items at our silent and live auctions each night. Items in the past have included elegant dinners for four, musical performances provided at an event of your choice, beautiful artwork, a chance to stargaze with a world renowned astronomer, even a ride in a Model T! Who knows what will be offered this year!
The evening begins with a reception at 5:45 with dinner at 6:45 and the performance at 8:30.
