Sit back, relax & sing along as the Shiretown Singers take you on a wonderful journey down memory lane. Let us entertain you with great selections from 4 different genres. The 2016 Shiretown Concert Series will include medleys from movies like Oh Brother, Where Art Though and the Sound of Music, and from the rich music catalogues of the Beach Boys and The Beatles.
The Shiretown Singers consists of 28 choristers accompanied by our esteemed pianist, Susie Blatt and our swinging bass\percussion player, Earle Illsley. In addition, we are fortunate to have 5 guitar players within the choir who accompany several selections, under the guidance of choir director, MaDonna MacDonald.
