Do you ever feel as if the entire universe is conspiring against you? Do you find yourself asking, Why me? We have all done this. And let’s face it. Bad things happen. To everyone (really it’s not just you!). How do we go from Why Me? To, why NOT me and what the heck am I going to do about it?
Talk Life Community is pleased to present Carol Fellowes as our next speaker. Carol will be speaking about the Two Sides of Why. Anyone who knows Carol thinks of a bright, determined, positive, woman who is dedicated to helping others achieve wellness. Carol believes that one of the first steps necessary to well being is to acknowledge where you are at any given time, in any given situation no matter how discouraging it might seem. In her words, “In order to learn where you are at, you have to be present.”

Carol Fellowes, originally from Australia, makes her home in Wolfville. She is a Registered Massage Therapist who is committed to meeting clients where they are, at the time of need, whether it’s healing from a physical trauma, working at integrating something new, or letting something go. Carol has also been teaching yoga for nearly a decade (although practising for twice as long). She has two teenaged sons, a cat, a dog and even a dragon! Talk Life Community is a roaming talk café for women (although men are not excluded!).
TLC was created by three friends and focuses on the joys and challenges women of all ages, experience. Our goal is to share stories from those who have been there, done that. With so many creative, courageous, intelligent and accomplished women in the Valley, we believe you will leave a TLC event feeling better then you arrived.

Pricing & Tickets
Pricing: Tickets are $20 and can be paid at the door. We accept cash or cheque. Carol will be donating her speaking fee to Feed Nova Scotia.
