The West Hants Trails Association, in partnership with HikeNS, is offering 2 guided hikes on the new Mosher trail, part of the Avondale trail system. This event will be a celebration of the grand opening of the new trail!
We'll meet at the new trail head is located behind the winery at the Avondale Sky Winery. We'll be offering two hikes, one about 5 km, and one about 2.5 km. We'll all hike the new trail, and then those who want a longer hike can continue along the Westbrook trail loop. Both hikes will end at the second trailhead of the system at the Avondale Community Hall, where refreshments and snacks will be provided. Please bring any water or snacks you may required en-route, and dress appropriately for the weather. We'll be heading out rain or shine.
