Please join *heart wide open* for a mindful walk guided by Jem Meharg. We will walk for 45min to 1 hour and then share conversation and tea!

Walking meditation is a wonderful way to integrate mindfulness into everyday life and has been practiced as a meditative technique for thousands of years. It’s also a beautiful way to *fully* experience the “outside” world!

Free. Bring a water bottle, and dress warmly (including good boots).

*heart wide open* is a mindfulness and inner vitality project based in Wolfville Nova Scotia, initiated by Heidi Kalyani.

The intention of *heart wide open* is to cultivate compassion, connection, insight and transformation — within ourselves, with each other and within our communities.
