We will be hosting a weekly run/walk group. We welcome all abilities and ages. We will meet at the Acadia indoor track @ 6:30.
During the run/walk group we will be supporting those who want to learn to run. We will be using the 8 week Free Zen Labs C25K app. It involves 3 runs a week. On Monday we will run together, the other two runs of the week can be done on your own schedule. At the end of the 8 weeks you will be able to run a full 5K
