The Politics department and Environmental & Sustainability Studies program at Acadia University are pleased to present a lecture by Dr Ashlee Cunsolo, on “Mourning Muskrat Falls: Finding Environmental Justice through Ecological Grief.” (Muskrat Falls is an $11+ Billion hydroelectric project currently under construction in Labrador, with some of the electricity slated to be delivered to NS. Protests by local indigenous people and allies led to an occupation of the site last Fall that made national headlines.)
