Outside the Box Support Group for Families and Friends of Adults with Disabilities will meet. Karalee Crawford and Krystal Brown will demonstrate the power and possibilities of a PATH, Planning Alternative Tomorrows with HOPE. PATH is Person Centered Planning and can be very effective in creating a VISION for the future for our young adults and their families. It will give you some ideas of the steps you can take right now to work toward future goals and feel like you are in charge. There may be laughter, there may be tears but it will be well worth the time spent amongst friends. Come out for a fun evening. Everyone welcome!
