This fundraiser is to show support for a young lady and raise awareness about a terrible disease.
Melissa MacPhail suffers from a serious disease known as systematic scleroderma with pulmonary fibrosis. She will begin her journey traveling to Toronto this week to live up near the hospital that will be performing her lung transplant surgery. Unfortunately the province of PEI does not offer financial living support for Melissa and her 4 year old son while they are up there living in Toronto. Various fundraising has been done for Melissa by her family and friends to help her and Keegan through this difficult time.
The Variety show will consist of musical performances by Virgil Wadman, Demi Beaumier, Kat Harris, Comedy by Halifax’s own Carey Lee, and more.
All proceeds from the show will go to support the
