New this year for Exercise is Medicine on campus at Acadia University is the Snowshoe Walk! This event is open to all ages. Snowshoes will NOT be provided but if you are interested in renting them you can check out this website where it directs you to the closest place for you to rent them. https://valleyfamilyfun.ca/snowshoeing/
There is no set distance or time for the event, the aim is to get people physically active and to have fun. We will be doing one loop but you are more than welcome to stay as long as you please. You are able to register through raceroster.com which can be found through our facebook page. This is a free event where we will be taking donations for Kaleidoscope New Minas a nonprofit organization to create social and recreation opportunities for adults with special needs. This is event is a great way to kick off the new year by being active!
