Learn the basics of vinyasa flow yoga with yoga instructor Amy MacDonald ... how to move the body, calm the mind, and breathe. Stretches and strengthens thru a gentle series of postures. Mats provided. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. For ages 11 - 15. Please register in advance.
