It's the annual Family Day/Open House at the Annapolis Valley Shooting Sports Club. We are very pleased to announce that 2018's Family Day is being co-hosted by the Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival. Ammo tickets are $1 each, some shooting stations will require more than one ticket. We will have a BBQ and canteen on site serving up fresh local products. Members of the AVSSC will be on hand to provide safety and shooting instruction. Firearm licenses are NOT required for this event. Only firearms, ammunition, bows and arrows provided by the AVSSC will be permitted on club property for this event. If you have access to eye and ear protection, please bring it along as we have limited supplies. This year's Team Challenge event will start at 4pm, please have your 5 member team registered by 3:30pm. Each team must have at least one member of the opposite sex competing. One member from each team will shoot in one of the 5 main shooting disciplines. Winning team will have their name on our "Team Challenge Trophy" and receive a wall plaque for them to keep.
