Annapolis Valley Photo Walk - Lawrencetown edition!
DETAILS:
Meet at 5:50 pm at the picnic area near the Annapolis Valley Exhibition, across from 579 Main Street (the old Anglican Church)
FREE *
All skill levels, gear, and ages welcome - although children should be accompanied by an adult.
Explore the village on its busiest day of the year! Photograph street scenes, landscapes, and more! Ask questions or shoot on your own. Meet new people!
MORE INFORMATION:
My name is Justine MacDonald. I am a travel photographer based in Kentville. I enjoy leading photo walks and inspiring others to be creative in their own backyards.
**What is a photo walk?**
It's just like it sounds - participants wander a particular route with their cameras or phones and take pictures, simple as that! My walks generally last about two hours, are free, and open to all ages, abilities, photographic skill and gear. They can wander around taking photos on their own or ask questions and learn more about photography.
I am planning to lead a photo walk in Lawrencetown on August 18th to coincide with World Photography Day (which is actually August 19th). It's a beautiful little village and I've always loved shooting there!

*After the walk, participants have the option to join me as I photograph around the Exhibition. You are responsible to pay your way into the Ex ($15).
RAIN DATE: Sunday the 19th at the same time and place. I will make the decision at 4:30 on Saturday if it seems like there will be heavy rain. Check the Facebook event for updates.
