Four Sunday Afternoons
October 14, 21, 28 and Nov. 4, 2018
a total of 12 hours of training
Qigong is the ancient art of developing a healthy flow in the body's bioenergy and creating harmony within the body and spirit. It works at a deep level to reawaken the body's resiliency systems. Qigong is good for general health and well being. It is particularly helpful for chronic conditions. The gentle movements are easy to learn and easy to practice. You will learn twenty movements, including the seven-movement Hexagram, that will equip you for healing, ongoing health, emotional calmness and clear consciousness. Jack will also demonstrate some of the principles and practices of Qigong healing. Feel better for a change.
Jack Risk has been teaching qigong for fifteen years across Canada. He also teaches meditation.
Register two weeks in advance by email or phone. Payment in advance preferred.
