As well as opening artist-educator Chantal Gibson’s multi-media exhibition, How She Read: (re)Visiting My Mother’s Nova Scotia, this event will explore Africadian heritage through all-ages art activities inspired by Chantal’s work, African drumming and dancing workshops and performances, and delicious menu of African recipes! At 1pm, you can join us for a guided snowshoe through our new trails followed by hot chocolate.
