Everyone loves a party and today we will celebrate all our birthdays with stories, songs, rhymes and FUN! Mainly for children ages 0-5, but all children are welcome. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Registration is required.
**When AVRCE schools are closed due to inclement weather then *all children’s* library programs for that day in that area will be cancelled.
