Coming to The Library Pub in Wolfville on Saturday June 26th at 7:30 is a new acoustic duo called Naming the Twins serving up some fresh guy/gal harmonies for your enjoyment.
The team of songwriter/singer Robbie Smith with the happenin’ harmony of Kathleen Glauser has been happily playing and singing away for the last couple of years, bringing their special blend of vocals and finger-style guitar work to new communities.
We’ve all heard about entertainers getting that “big break” - well it actually occurred for Naming the Twins . This past winter, they got to record with one of the best folk producers in Canada, Paul Mills, who, has worked with many names held in high regard on the folk scene (he produced Stan Rogers first 5 albums for starters).
Now their CD "Sweet Transitions" is ready to be heard. Naming the Twins will be giving the crowd at The Library Pub a heaping healthy portion of the songs from the CD plus lending their distinctive stamp to some favorites by other writers (with a bit of banter and fun thrown in). Take an evening off, and join NTT at The Library Pub for dinner, drinks and great music!
