This special open mic is the day Donna Holmes hands over her hosting reigns to Ross Chapman!! Donna has hosted Open Mike & Donna for over 8 years but can no longer give it the time and energy it needs.
Ross Chapman works at Acadia University and is one of the founding members of The Dead Sheep Scrolls - a sketch comedy group that manages Night Kitchen. Night Kitchen is a showcase of musicians that happens at the Al Whittle Theatre four times a year. Ross is an accomplished singer who plays guitar & ukulele, has hosted several open mics at Acadia University, and has done an admiral job of occasionally taking over for Donna at Open M&D over the years.
Ross plans on continuing the tradition of hosting a welcoming Open Mic at TAN Coffee in Wolfville every Tuesday night from 7pm to 9pm. Please join us on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, for Donna's last night and the very first night of Tuesdays@TAN with Ross Chapman!
