The 2019 Walk, Run, Ride Don’t Hide in Kentville. Join us and be ready to move for mental health! Get on your bike, or lace up your sneakers for a run or walk.

2:00 p.m. – Start
3:00 p.m. – Celebration!

Walk, Run, Ride Don’t Hide events are welcoming community events that build awareness, inclusion and acceptance, and where everyone is encouraged and supported to speak openly about their own mental health.
To achieve our vision of ‘Mental Health for All’, all funds raised will go into providing non-clinical community and resilience based mental health and addiction supports, services and programs to aid in keeping ‘healthy Nova Scotians healthy’ in Kings County.
All routes on the rail trail or through Miner's Marsh.
1) 3 KM – This route is intended for families with small children
2) 5 KM - This route is great for families and individuals
3) 10 KM - For more experienced runners and bikers
4) 25 KM – For more experienced bikers
