60's years ago, Roscoe Fillmore published the book 'Roses for Canadian Gardeners'. This book, among the other books Roscoe published, this detailed the tips, works and methods of the Canadian's that figured out to grow viable plants and food here in the hot summers and cold winters of Canada.
The main focus of the book is focused on roses and how to grow the perfect rose plant with magnificent blossoms.
We will be having tours of the house and around the amazing grounds with the highlight being Charles wife's roses in full bloom.
Children's crafts will be held from 12:00 - 3:00 where everyone can have their own roses to take home.
