Japanese Cotton Cheesecake is normally served in Japan at a high-end Western bakery. It is a spin-off American cheesecake, but very different due to the extremely soft and light texture.
While the cake is cooking, we will learn about kombucha, from tasting, to how to make it.
Participants bring home a small 7 inch cake, and small bottle of Kombucha!
