Learn the essentials and more of specialty sauerkraut and brined vegetable making!​

This 3 hour hands-on workshop will provide you with the skills and knowledge to make your own fermented vegetables at home, and will assist you as you create your own sauerkraut and brined veggies to take home with you. Everything you'll need is provided in the workshop, including:

2 mason jars with fermenting weights and airlocks

A variety of local and organic vegetables, herbs, seasonings, and salt to use in your creations

Tools, bowls, etc

An instructive overview of everything you ever wanted (and needed) to know about fermenting vegetables

Recipes

Lots of time for Q&A

Fermented vegetable samples will be available for taste-testing, and fermented non-alcoholic beverages will keep you hydrated as you work!
